There are no postage stamps issued in 1900, The above 5 special stamps from 1896 with over print the date of issue is December 22nd 1900, after the Games closed on October 28th 1900

Remembering  Note;
  Cacutta ( India) - born Norman Pitchard won two silver medals at the Games, in200M and 200M hurdles, the International Olympic Committee credits the medal in India's account while the British have always disputed it, arguing that Indian did not start participating in the games officially till 1920
